Painfully aware that most brownies on the market are heavy-sugar-duty confectionery with so much sweetness that zings through your temple, Joey's offer three types of brownies that are rightfully described as "elegant".

Adhering to the same standards in choosing our cookies' ingredients, the tastes of these brownies are governed by the fine chocolate instead of sugar. Never oily, they are textually rich--yet feels light on the stomach. The sensual savouring leaves you with none of the usual queasy feeling.

Our choices include:

“甜” - The Chocolate Walnut Brownies is made with 58% cocoa chocolate, and is perfect for those yearning for the mellow sweetness of choclate taste.

“濃” - Chocolate Pecan Brownies is made with 70% cocoa chocolate. It is still sweet but with a hint of bitterness. The richest chocolate taste out of the three.

“苦”- Those partial to the darkness of flavour in chocolate will be delighted with the 80% cocoa chocolate Devil Chocolate Brownies. It is pure chocolate jubilation with no nuts needed as complement.
